4. Human League's Dare was groundbreaking at the time of release and its influence and quality has not waned since its release in the early 80s. There is not much I can add in terms of how good this album is and the only disappointment is that the group (in all its varying iterations) have not been able to produce anything approaching the standards set by this album ever since/5().

8. A very generous U.K. collection that runs 19 full tracks and contains all of the Human League's singles of note. This includes not only the expected hits -- "Mirror Man," "Don't You Want Me," "Human," "(Keep Feeling Fascination)" -- but earlier 45s like "The Lebanon" and "Being Boiled," which don't often show up in collections like this, plus a smattering of latter-day singles as well.

The Human League turned down an appearance on the American music show Solid Gold because they were asked to perform this song with the famous Solid Gold Dancers, and the band refused, since they had their own dancers - Sulley and setrofeedbiaquipo.pheledachugadendenaducnodaham.infoinfo Gold was a very influential pop music show, but "Don't You Want Me" still managed to continue up the charts and hit #1 without that exposure.
